2021.11.27 20:43 pjf0100 I got my nose pierced with a ring, should I asked to get it changed to a stud?
I got my nostril pierced today and I had the option of a stud or a ring. Admittedly I didn't do a lot of research before I got it and only realised after I'd chosen the ring and got home with it that it's not reccomended to start with a ring.
Should I go back to the piercer and ask them to change it to a stud or just wait it out and keep the ring in? I'm very worried about infection.

2021.11.27 20:43 1006520 Why not speak in a language they do understand?
As we draw closer to December 8th I have been considering how I would react to the potential results. 343 has proven to be capable of being community oriented. We saw this through MCC and it's continuous and consistent updates, feedback, and improvements. If Infinite MP is a "what you see is what you get" situation with regards to the current version of MP that we have access to. That is to say; no customizing the MP search (slayer, swat, social, ect.).
Then I will attempt to speak in a language Microsoft will understand. I have already decided not to purchase the BP until I play the campaign, but if the MP is as mentioned above I plan to go further. I would, instead of spending the 60$ to own the campaign, purchase a game pass for around 5-10$ / month. Play & enjoy it, then cancel my subscription in addition to continuing to remain a 100% FTP MP account.
Microsoft is potentially stiff arming 343 into forcing this level of mocrotransactions. If their primary means of recouping their investment is through campaign purchases & mocrotransactions then I too will play the game of accumulation. By conserving my money and giving the bare minimum payment to get the most out of the game. Maybe if we cause Microsoft to not make anywhere near their expected initial launch payout then they will return the reins back to 343. I know 343 will do us well but I think they are being inhibited in the name of potential economic return.
All this is to say, personally if the multiplayer remains the same come launch day. With no ability to specify what game types you want to play, no swat, no KOTH, no Griffball, no social slayer. Then I will most likely take the ladder actions. The same can be said with the campaign, I know it's being praised currently and I'm very excited for it. But the message will be clear as day if come December 8th, the 60$ campaign is absent of new armour to discover and unlock for my MP Spartan. And if that is the message then I too will prioritize my money.
Some aspects of the game are an annoyance, like co-op campaign & forge. But I understand how Statin may want to approach this games development differently after the hardships the teams went through creating H1, H2, H3. I also understand that if given the choice, 343 can / has made more community oriented decisions & changes. So I trust that we can promote them by turning our anger towards the big guy (Microsoft) rather then directing our anger at the worker bee's. At the moment I don't feel that Microsoft is truly feeling our presence because of how we have often directed it toward 343, leaving Microsoft blameless.
Sorry for the long post, just had this in my mind and felt others may echo this same feeling. I am happy to have seen so many 100% FTP boys while playing today. (You can tell because they all have the same helmet as most of you know about the first free helmet being the reward for tier 81 in the BP)

2021.11.27 20:43 cupsong-annakendrick Y'all, we did it.
We did it. I'm so happy. We beat the team down south. It was the year. We kept saying it hoping it was true. There were some doubts, definitely after Ohio did what they did against Sparty. But we held our own. The defense, with Hutch breaking the sack record for Michigan, and Haskins, breaking the rushing TD for The Game. On to Indianapolis we go.
